Strict 24 Hour Cancellation & No Show Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation policy will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. Groupon Clients will charged against your Groupon voucher.
- Less than 24 hour you will be charged $15 per service hour booked up to the 2 hours prior to your scheduled service.
- “NO SHOWS” or less than 2 hours notice, will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If a Credit Card is not on file, I reserve the right to charge you the full amount before you can rebook with me or recommend another Therapist to you. I do understand emergencies can happen and it will be addressed on a case by case situation.
You may give your appointment time to another person to avoid any fees if you are unable to make it, feel free to utilize my facebook page or yours to advertise your appointment opportunity and you may offer 20% off your appointment to anyone who would like to take it, this helps you and me. (this is for less than 24 hours prior to your appointment) Question please text me. If you prepay for services the policy still is in effect.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Pamper Me Spa policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established clientele and future clientele.
As a courtesy, we will attempt to confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, or styleseat fails to send a reminder, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SPA CANCELS
Pamper Me Spa stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, if in any reason the spa has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor 25% off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, Family Emergency, etc… that requires the spa to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The 25% discount will not apply.
Expired Gift Certificates
Expired gift certificates will be honored but for 100% of purchased value. . Promotional Gift Certificates (Gift certificates that was given as a donation via Pamper Me Spa) will not be honored past the expiration.
In the event you will be running late for your scheduled service I will do my best to accommodate you but in the event I have someone booked behind you I will have no choice but to cut your service short to maintain my schedule with other clients. If I will be running behind I will always inform you or do my best to make it right. My clients are my "Why"! Happy clients Happy Therapist!
